Mr. Cichowski graduated from The University of Texas in 1978 having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He received his Certificate of Registration and License to practice as a Professional Engineer in the State Texas in 1983. After a successful career in engineering, he returned to school and in 1995 received a J.D. degree from St. Mary's University. While at St. Mary's, he was invited to join the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1995 and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Since entering the practice of law Mr. Cichowski's engineering background has played a vital role in bringing a broad variety of cases to a successful conclusion. Throughout his career he has represented individuals and businesses in cases involving soil and water contamination, floodplain and drainage disputes, defective products, medical negligence, and faulty construction practices. His practice now concentrates on automotive products liability and serious personal injury where his engineering background has proven particularly valuable. This background has been instrumental in achieving million dollar plus settlements for the firms seriously injured clients.
